I’m a seasoned practitioner with 30+ years of
experience in leadership, coaching and consulting roles in a variety
of industries including manufacturing, technology, aerospace, healthcare,
financial services, energy, and education. I’ve effectively
managed cross-functional teams with as many as 90 members and in
multiple countries.
I'm a certified executive coach and member of the
International Coach Federation. Additionally, I’m certified
in the use of Lominger’s Voices 360 and Myers-Briggs MBTI
Assessment instruments.

and development needs of your management team, your customers and
competitive environment.

elements can I recommend solutions that will really work for your

I earned a BS in Psychology, a MS in Industrial Relations
and a MS in Organization Development from Loyola University in Chicago,
Illinois.
More importantly than all that, however, is the experience
I’ve gained in over 30 years, working inside organizations,
developing my unique business acumen that, when combined with my
training, produces extraordinary results for my clients. |
