I’m a seasoned practitioner with over 20 years of experience in leadership, coaching and consulting roles in multiple industries including, financial services, technology, aerospace, healthcare, energy, education and manufacturing. I’ve managed cross-functional teams with as many as 90 members in multiple countries.

My Story

Only by understanding your organization, including its critical and unique elements can I recommend solutions that will help your business.

I earned a BS in Psychology, a MS in Industrial Relations and a MS in Organization Development from Loyola University in Chicago, IL.

More important is the experience I’ve gained in over 20 years working in organizations, developing the business acumen that combined with my coaching/consulting expertise produces extraordinary results for my clients.

When Bob and I worked together, in addition to effectively managing the day to day HR responsibilities of a fast growing services organization; he successfully created a management development program for the newly created leadership team. Bob was a very effective executive coach and made the effort to engage each of the leaders to build a culture based on values.
